    Autodesk Fusion 360 aligning text

I've tried to search around for quite a while now and I've been testing various things but I just can't find a simple solution to aligning sketches/bodies/components to other components/bodies.

In another CAM program I use at work for a laser engraving machine I can make a rectangle of 100mmx50mm, place a text inside this and then select both the rectangle and the text and hit a button to center the text in all directions or one button for X and one for Y.I guess I won't find a solution that simple in Fusion 360 since it's not made for this but there has to be some kind of solution to centering text when engraving like this?

I've tried to make a simple drawing of my exact problem below here. I want to center the text in X-axis compared to the rectangle I've placed the text on. I can eyeball this but I don't like to work that way.
    ---------------------------------------
    ---Name 1---------------------------
    ------Name 2 -----------------------
    ----------------------Name3---------
    ---------------------------------------

The best place for Fusion 360 help is here.

Here's one way to do what you want:
    Create the rectangle.
Add lines to the rectangle at the center of each leg (or create a center rectangle).
Convert them to Normal Construction (so they won't be engraved).
    Create the text.
Add lines to the bounding rectangle of the text (They will be dashed yellow/orange lines) so that the center of the bounding rectangle is found.
Add a point at the center.
You may need to add other points for each line of text.
    Select the text.
    Select the Move command.
Select the Point to Point mode.
Select the begin and end points.

With a little bit of work you could probably make this parametric.
