    8" SuperSpacer Sprutcam setup

    Does anyone have any tips for setting up a 8" superspacer in sprutcam 8?

    Cant find any machine definitions and or tips.

    There is none unless you make it. You will have to use the fixed 8" one for now.

    Best I can tell that is part of the machine definition system editor and they provide no access to such things.
    Or my version of sprut did not include such things. I think tormach or sprutcam is afraid people might change something or add their own cool feature or hardware.

    Jason at Tormach suggested using the Tilting 4th axis as it mounts on the right side of the table.

    I tried the regular 8" and flipping the A axis when the post asks about it but it gave an error when trying to run on the tormach..

    I ended up using the Tilting 4th axis as suggested by tormach but Its a pain. The coords are dead center in the 4th axis and i basically have to hide the visual for the 4th axis and turn off machine collision detection. It did cut however pretty nicely!

    I would make a definition as well if there were any insight on how to do so. I downloaded the cad files for the superspacer.
