FANUC 0T Miyano BND34T2 Alarms Returning

I am trying to start up a new to me 1995 Miyano BND34T2 and having issues.

Current issue: Machine Alarm Lamp is ON
    Only Diagnosis Alarms are:
300.0 - Main turret stop position Alarm
300.3 - Main turret position detection alarm

I changed batteries, followed the Turret Re-Teach procedure which changed the Machine Alarm Lamp from ON to FLASHING, removed the 300.0 & 300.3 alarms, allowed me successfully command tool change in MDI (after turning off PWE and zeroing all axis). However Machine Alarm Lamp continued flashing and upon power cycle both 300.0 and 300.3 and Machine Alarm is back ON, not flashing and tool does not show position in the bottom right corner of the screen as it did on power off. I have been able to manually index both turrets the entire time before and after all of this.

The machine did have a bar feeder that did not come with the machine so I turned of parameter 312.6 (existence of automatic bar feeder) thinking perhaps it was waiting for a signal.

I am getting a little desperate to get this machine alive after 2 weeks of googleing and searching here.

Pictures of current codes and pages associated pages attached.

    Thank you for reading!

I should add that I am able to move all axis, jog and MPG. I do remember the (C Ref) light lighting up or flashing sometime after doing the turret re-learn procedure. Am I supposed to reference the C? I see nothing about it in the manual and the spindle has not moved since I first powered up the machine so I really am not sure how I could.

Thank you chunkymonkey. They referred me to a local dealer/service that wants me to call back tomorrow to schedule a service call @$225 first hour $125 each additional hour. The fellow in Indiana I spoke with said only one out of all of his techs would be able to efficiently asses an 0T control. Got a feeling I will be paying $125/hr for someone to read the manual

I probably have 2 days to figure it out before that. He did say he has heard of the same thing before and they had to change the drives, but I am not sure that's the case as this is mechanical rather than servo. It is losing its tool position on power cycle which would seem electrical or perhaps bad switch but I am talking out my rear.

Still open to any input or thoughts... Fingers crossed.

    UPDATE:

I got the machine into full ready and running state, but powering off the main breaker still throws the machine back into the 300.0 and 300.3 alarm state requiring a full reteach of the main turret position again. Powering off from the power button only does not. I can turn it on and off and it is fine, but the spindle motor fan runs full time.

Flashing Machine Alarm light was from DOOR INTERLOCK key being off in the NC INTERFACE door.
Also figured out I have to reference the C axis as well (duh) by clicking the X/C toggle then X/C+

Any thoughts why it would be dumping those parameters, and seemingly only those parameters, upon power cycle? Other parameter changes I made such as 312.6 bar feed not present have stayed through power cycles.

I noticed a parameter: 316.3 automatic designation of main turret index, 0=valid, 1=invalid (currently 0)

I'm not to keen on poking at the other parameters without knowing what they do until the machine actually runs a bit
