Hi guys,

We've a Citizen L20 and we keep getting constant alarms for 'Pneumatic System Pressure'. Has anyone encountered this before and can shine any light on this problem? The machine runs OK for a while and then stops mid-cycle. The times between it starting and the alarm vary from minutes to hours. We have another 20 machines in the factory that are all working fine so it isn't an issue with the air getting to the machine in the first place...

If its only that machine having the issue, I assume your pressure sensor is going bad.

Or, is the machine at the very end of an airline? it could be starved if so

I had this same problem a cpule of months ago. Had to change the filter in the seperator directly in front of the pressure sensor on the back of the machine

Hello.. We are looking for parameters of Citizen L20 5-axis CNC Swiss Sliding Head Machine with Mitsubishi Medlas 300 control from 1997.
