TO CHANGE AN ATC SPINDLE TOOL MANUALLY

    Hello

My machine has an italian HSD ES300 auto change spindle. However the ATC has a problem.

How do I insert a tool manually?

    Regards.

Press the green button on the front.
However, your machine might have controls that don't allow this to work in certain situations.

    Thanks Gerry.

I had seen the green button which says it is for disengaging tools.

I pressed it and tried to squeeze the tool in but no luck.

When you hold the green button, the tool should be disengaged and air should blow out the bottom until you release the button.

To remove a tool, grab the tool and press and hold the button.
To insert a tool, press and hold the green button, insert the tool, and hold in place while releasing the button. When you release the button, the tool should be pulled into the spindle.

I think it works as ""momentarly""

toolchangers holding tools like airbrake works on cars,,

air opens the clamp what release tool.. when no air spring hold tight the tool.. so in case fault of airpressure the tool remain the toolholder..

car breaks the air released from cylinders, so car start to breaking by a spring.. if no air by fault then car (vehicle) breaks immediaetely..
