The RV stuff is really good from my experience with water cooled machinery in general, i did a similar mixture of coolant for my laser when i got that. Another thing you can do is distilled water and a general purpose biocide, if you know any place or anyone into PC water cooling they will know biocide. It literally takes a few drops to treat a gallon or so of water. I put a 60/40 mix of distilled water to RV antifreeze plus a small amount of biocide in the water reservoir for my laser after doing the same for a friends water cooled CNC engraver, he has the chinese one with the 1000w water cooled spindle motor. After two years he hasn't had any growth so i did the same for my laser. Although i will probably do an annual flush and refill just to keep things clean.

The first thing you have to do though now is get it clean! There has been quite a few posts on here about that, a bleach and water mix circulated for a while to kill everything and clean it then flush it out well to remove the bleach because you don't want that in there any longer then necessary, then refill with fresh coolant.
