    I just started in a tool and mold shop about a year ago. I came out of a very basic CNC class, right into the shop. I've never run one of the manual machines. I got in running their CNC mills and that's what I'm still doing. I'm even one of the 3 CNC guys they trust to run the new (to us) graphite mill.
