    DRO's displaying double

The other day while running my mill, the DRO's began to blurr. It started slowly, then got worse as the day went on.

I took a picture of it so you can see for yourself.

Funny thing is, it cleared up the next day, but boy did I have a headache.

Can anyone out there help me?

You know, I asked for someone to help me, and I get no real help at all.

I guess my sponsor is right. "No one can help you until you want help yourself."

    Dang, that's depressing!

    Let's drink.

The DRo's aren't blurry, the g-code is. Never heard of that before. Possible a video card issue?

on your monitor find degauss(<- may not be correct spelling) select it your monitor will go crazy for a few seconds then return to normal. If that fixes it your monitor is going bad and you will have to do it more and more often. If that does not fix the problem then your video card has problems. To trouble shoot pull the card out and reseat it in the slot also pull your video cable and reseat it.

Funny thing is, it cleared up the next day, but boy did I have a headache.

Taking into account that the rest of the image is stable. It appears to be a specific portion of graphics memory that became corrupted. Whether that be from RF interference noise, internal crosstalk or questionable program/hardware/driver interfacing bugs.

If it returns, see if you can connect associated conditions that might contribute to this......if it is repeatable.

I wonder if you have a software reset on your graphics card? Maybe go in and change the resolution of the screen temporarily then change it back?

Ah, it is now 12:01pm......and a sudden thrist has came upon me. Rather similar to subliminal popcorn urges in the theater. Huh, very strange?

Never mind. It was noise coming from the beer bottle.

Now my graphical, it workit real goood.

Remove all beer bottles from around machines. It screws with the gaussing of the screen. Maybe leaded glass or something or other.
    Makes you see double.

MWI.... do not try this at home.
