    Okuma LT10 OSP 7000L

    Hi All

I have an Okuma LT10 7000L, in the last few days it has been alarming out. It will alarm out when running and not running after about 20 minutes

Alarm code 1208 BDU overload, when I check in the book it tells to check slave station 13, which I have done but I don't know what i am looking at.

The first image is before it trips

The second image is after the alarm triggers

Can anyone tell me what i should be looking for.

    Thanks

Your axis drive unit is overloading. Check your axis loads to see if they are unusually high. If they are, check for something restricting axis movement such as packed chips, binding covers, etc. If the loads are not high, check to see if the BDU fans are functioning. If they get gummed up and stop, this alarm will also occur.

    Best regards,
Experience is what you get just after you needed it.
