Whoops - WTO and WOT are too close =) This is the real Wes! Video played just fine for me, perhaps WOTDesigns didn't have a compatible browser on his phone so it attempted to download the video binary stream with a garbage name instead?

Btw - Great video! I think once you are more comfortable with the machine, even the 440 can probably take a much larger bite at those feeds!

Great video. Not sure why the first 3 attempts tried to download a file. Only clicked a few thousand youtube links without issue and it loads fine now.

Is the 5 inch vise to large for the machine orientated in the y or just for this part? What are the part dimensions?

Hey WOT,

Glad it worked for you. Yeah I had to rotate the vice 90 in order to fit the part. The vice i have is actually a 4inch and it fits fine in both orientations. While I normally have the vice in the 'normal' position, for this part I had to clamp along the x axis for more travel. You'll notice that part is not entirely round, it has two flats so that was so that I could fit it on the machine. In my next episode, the part i'm making is much smaller and I have the vice back to normal. The telescope part is about 6" in diameter.
