I let some friends use the Andry Chow Tug 40. Everything was in good order prior to them using it. Now I can not get the crossfeed to engage. I got out the manuals and looked to see if maybe there was a gibb lock that they had engaged and according to the manual there are none. A visual inspection confirmed that. I tried manually moving the crossfeed with the crossfeed lever in the neutral position and no luck. I tried using it in the + and - automatic mode and nothing, it tries to move but does not and I am afraid to leave it on for more than a few seconds. I looked to see if there were any gears locked up and could find none. Today I pulled the scale part way off but the cap screw appear to be red loctited on and I was not able to pull the scales off to see the right side of the crossfeed. Anybody got any suggestions besides calling the techs out to fix? I did get it to move a few thou back and forth today but it took a lot of force and it should turn easily.

Thanks.
