I'm a total newbie to these devices and wondered if any of you have one of the red and black unbranded devices found on eBay. I'm considering ordering this one from Amazon and would really appreciate your thoughts on it or a link to a review if possible. It's for hobbyist stuff.

Here ,in this forum there are several threads about Shenhui laser machines. Most are for the 500x300 model. The one you intend to buy is very similar, just bigger.
