Hi everyone, just like the title says I'm have a problem with my FA10S wire EDM.
Whenever I start the machine or try to thread the wire, I get blasted by a jet of water from the bottom head.
This machine has been sitting for about a year and I'm trying to get it up and running again. I have taken everything apart and cleaned it, as well as replaced all the O-rings I could find.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

I did have this problem one time. I had taken apart the machine to clean it and my co-worker decided to put it back together and reversed the hoses which caused the water to shoot up like old faithful from the lower flush cup. Easy fix just switched them. If that doesn't work you are probably looking at checking solenoids E, G, and C ; might as well clean valves A & B(good idea) ; also examine the F valve. The F is the constant throttle valve. Valve K and G play a part in this too I believe. In front of your manual you should find a dielectric Fluid Circuit Diagram. In mine it was in 1-48. Hope that helps a little.
