I posted this on the Daewoo/Doosan forum without anyone with a reply I do not use any type of Cam software if anyone could generate a simple code of radius approach in and square mill profile and radius escape out using x/c axis moves using a 1/4" dia. end mil that would be a big help to me



Hi all I have a question in regards to making an internal square with a radius approach in and approach out I have been doing the square with no problems using the X and C axis, however I would like to have the approach radius in and escape radius out added to this sample listed below I added all the main variables that pertain to the square width and depth plus the drilling cycle (T1113) before the square milling operation just to give everyone insight of the machining process I use before the actual internal square milling cycle(T0527) if you all have good suggestions in regards to approach radius in and escape radius out I would appreciate it.
