Biesse rover 23: Z axis unaccurate

    Hi

I have a problem with my Biesse Rover 23: When I run this kind of code (just a line of 2mm depth), I get difference in depth form one side of the panel to the other:

    Code:
    N10 G71 HC=1 LY=500.000 PLPZ=20.000 PDM=0 PUOS=0 FIL=0 BLO=0 ACC=0 RUO=1 PRS=1 PRL=1 PPWQ=0.000 KA=256.000 LZ=20.000 LX=2000.000

    N18 PAN=1 ST1="MILL12MM" ST2="NULL" ST3="NULL" L=PCUA
    N19 X0.000 Y0.000 Z=PRK TP=1 PRF=0 F=2.4 VF=0.9 G40 L=PON M55
    N20 G0 X5.000 Y250.000 Z-23.175
    N21 G1 Z-18.000 F=0.9
    N22 G1 X1995.000 F=2.4
    N23 G0 Z-23.175
    N24 L=POFF
A the beginning the line has a depth of 2 mm, and while the CNC moves along the x axis, the depth changes (up to 5mm!). (On the computer screen, the value for Z does not change, it remains at -18.00)
It seems to be an accuracy problem on the Z axis. Is it possible to calibrate it, or to correct the Z axis offset for different X and Y axis values?

    Thanks

Check that the Z axis Compensation Cylinder is set to the correct setting, also monitor its pneumatic gage while operating the machine.
