Don't ever remember seeing such an apparently crude coupler as that?
I would think there are many other better options out there.

I might suggest that I can use couple type or someone else who can tell me what would be the best option or which it has already had to replace this couple??

Get the part number from the parts book and order them from FIVES machine 800-934-0735 in the USA. This coupling is designed to shear when the axis is crashed, do not use anything else unless you want to replace a bent ball screw next time.
