    help with 5 axis processes

    Hello
My name is Jesus Lopez. I'm a Rhino Trainer & Reseller, from Leon, Mexico

I have a client that have a Felder machine H50. And they want to use their 5th axis simultaneous directly from Rhino

Do you support to cnc machines that doesn't have orthogonal axis? Because this one is at 50°

    Thanks for your help

    Yes, no problem.
madCAM supports all kinds of 5-axis machines. Below is a link to a video that shows a couple of 5-axis machine configurations. The second example in this video shows your client's machine. It's a 5-axis machine with a prisma spindle.

I've never found the need to model 3-axis machines. But I do have models of our 5-axis Hermles (4 different models), our Promac and our Tri-tech head. Now that we will be able to see material removal this will be way more useful than it was. This is a big leap forward for madCAM.
