alarm--- 1002 overtravel hardware or AP69

    Hi all...

this morning my 5-axis machine didn't want to reference--- it gives me the 411 servo alarm: B axis excess err... after I reset it, I can move the B axis to the opposite direction and if it goes too far I get the alarm 1002 overtravel hardware or AP69.
it seems that the B axis just lost where it is and the travel range is much small now... Can't figure out what it is...

anyone can help me out? do i have to replace a battery on this servo thing? where is the battery?

machine specs --- vertical 5-axis with fanuc series 16i-MB
5th axis --- LEHMANN EA-407 table with single spindel
    5th axis --- servo type A860-2005-T301

    thanks all!

if the opposite direction is right for reference return, you have to disable soft limits
may be P and CAN buttons work on this controller
P and CAN during power on disable soft limits checking before first reference return

    Hi guhl,

P + CAN doesn't work... it seems the B-axis know where the over-travel point is on the opposite direction but it alarms still the 411 servo alarm before the reference point...

do you know what parameters would be for the soft limit switch reference point on this controller?
the parameter 1815 only shows me a 0 for all the axis--- I do believe it has to be a different parameters that tells me where the reference point is for the B-axis.
