Does anyone know how to use the axis compensation tables? Talked to the Haas factory and they said "they don't know". I find this to be insane.....I have a 310 Trunnion that needs a tiny bit of compensation at 90 degrees, otherwise its spot on. Trunnion checks perfect at (-90), and zero home. Repeats position perfectly from any direction just not at (90) degrees. There is no lost motion in the A axis movement anywhere. Yes the machine is level. Yes the spindle is perpendicular to the table and so is the Z axis movement. The gas spring counterbalance is good. I have asked my local HFO, no help there. I have asked service guys, nope. I can input numbers into the table but even after power cycling the machine there are no changes. If anyone knows how to do this, please help.
