Is there anywhere we could go online to hear your guitars being played?

I currently have only two videos, taken only with my cell phone. Although, every time I watch it, I never see my guitar. I wonder why?

Thanks! This is actually guitar #1, the prototype for the model here. The molds for the body, bracing, and fretboard were CNC cut, everything else was done by hand, including the neck carve and joint. Kind of like an automobile designer, measurements were taken to generate the CAD model, though it took me two years to finally get the model in 3D; as everything I drew was in 2D. The world of independent guitarmakers is very, very competitive, with prominent builders starting at $10K for a commission while the elite command $35K. And they do it all by hand. I can't compete with that, but hope to offer a lot of that elusive "sound" they produce at something more working musicians can afford. Even a good McPherson, which is all CNC, starts around $7500.

And yes, I used to be part of the mass skeptics who don't think that any guitar over $2000 could have anything special sonically that sets them aside. A trip to a prominent dealer in North Carolina and an acoustic guitar festival upstate had converted me. I cannot believe the incredible immersive sounds coming from these guitars, you feel it in your body. And of course the workmanship is impeccable. There are inlay artists out there that will blow away any computer cut dragon from Paul Reed Smith or lasered inlay from McPherson. Makes me want to quit, and push through at the same time. I love working with my hands, but later and later my body is telling me otherwise. CAD/CAM I'm hoping will help me as an extension of myself in realizing my dreams, while still making them accessible.

Did you notice the billet Dred Soundboard? on AGF site
i don't know if i left any tracks with this.

    https://drive.google.com/open?id=1eC...R_P4TlsUrdWdzs

I was at AGF gaining knowledge. And giggling about the problems wood causes.
This soundboard is the first patent submitted with integral structure, made from .250 billet to wood dimensions,

What do you have for making Dred's ? I have soundboards ready and patent pending and one complete guitar on the road

I can with 100% certainty tell you Taylor does not use 5 axis machines in their El Cajon plant.

They are however, in the process of phasing in Haas machines. Bob's generosity is legendary. I can't think of another company where the founder will let you work on his shop floor and learn his processes.
