    Syntec 6m trainer needed

We are wanting to hire a person to come here and train us on operating the syntec 6m CNC controller.
Person must know how to set parameters, and operate the atc machine. We use aspire design software and its pp.
We pay all travel expenses plus 1000.00 per day. Call us if you are highly trained.

What are you trying to do? I'd be interested if you can find someone though not at that rate. A few threads here where some of us are trying to figure things out.

Anyhow if there is anything I can try and help with let me know.

But I'm no expert yet. What I think I need to become closer to an expert is 1) a copy of the installation manual even if I get it in Chinese and have it translated. If should layout the input outputs for each button on the console and other uses.

    2) an editor for the plc ladder file (and some idea of the syntax).

I would look ask syntec for installers may be overseas) and then shop around for one where the language barrier is minimal. They would/should have an human machine interface software package that can set up the controller for you.

BTW, my suspicion is it would be better to find a chinese speaking automation tech and commission them to get the details and any development software from Syntec, translate them, and figure it out. I think it's a opportunity for someone.

    We no longer need help.
We had a factory rep come and fully train us.
If you have a syntec controller, 6md, and need help, contact me.

    Hello Guys,
This is Johann, a Syntec Technology FAE currently deployed in California. We are going to formally setup a branch here this year and start providing technical service, training, and direct selling of controller parts. Our organization has strong connections to many machine manufacturers in Taiwan as well as China, and we are open to any types of possible cooperation. It is really exciting to see there are already some experienced Syntec users out here.
Message me anytime if you want!
    Johann

You can start with some decent English manuals.

And can you customize a plc ladder?

You're right. We just start stepping outside of Chinese speaking world and documentation is the top priority we need to work on.

And yes, we can do customized ladder. We provide training, and have some tutorial powerpoint too if you prefer to learn it independently.

Johann, is there any contact information for Syntec FAE in California. I am a 6MB owner ($ axis router) and could use some assistance.

Syntec's US office locates at Diamond Bar, CA. They offer on-site training, and the charge is $500 per day if you really need a complete bottom-to-top understanding of our system. Benson Yu is in US right now, his contact info is:
