Greetings,

I cannot seem to figure out why everything I cut has two sides that are always cut at an angle while the other two sides are straight. I tried to find my problem in the forums and read about the mirrors could be misaligned and I spent a good two hours trying to adjust the second one and it looks very close to center to me. I guess I should note its the top and left sides that come out straight while the bottom and right side are the angled ones. If someone has any ideas or suggestions I would appreciate it.

Your beam at the last mirror is not perpendicular to the table on one plane. So in one axis it cuts fine as its aligned but on the other axes it's angled. Just draw it out and adjust the last mirror (and hope it doesn't then hit the cone..).


Edit... Sorry tired and didn't read the last line. Might be loose belts or carriage that angles when pulled in one direction?
