Hi , im study mastercam on my education
can anybody help me , how to set the toolpath bit set to tangent to edge?

There is a "Documentation" , as well as "Samples" folder that is installed with Mastercam. They would be of assistance to you
- your problem is a basically a lack of familiarity with any CAD-CAD system ( generally speaking )

You have selected the operation, the profile, & the tool you wish to use,
- now you need to set that operation's parameters on how the tool is to follow the geometry
- you need to set the compensation type ( currently it is set to OFF, it need to be either Computer, Wear or Control.... I suggest Computer ( due to your actual NC Knowledge.... I hope no offense is taken ))
- you also need to set the Lead in/out ( so the tool does not plunge or retract while against the profile )... I suggest (Lead in side) Start at Midpoint check OFF, Tangent check ON, Line 50% of cutter size, Arc radius ZERO & then hit the centre arrow to carry the values to the Lead out side


accept & regenerate the operation

A bit of advice
- make the part origin be a feature of your actual part, ie at the corner where your tool currently is shown
it would be difficult to find the work zero after the stock has been removed
