    Another Pro 4824 Build

I received the last of the parts for my Pro 4824 ten days ago and finally found time last evening to get started. After 3 hours of halfway watching TV, fixing popcorn and taking the dog out; I completed the gantry risers & gantry carriage. Since I'm in the later stages of remodeling my basement, updates will be slow coming for awhile.

I have 1 question. Did any of you use Loctite on the fasteners that won't require adjustment?

I didn't use any locktite except for the setscrews for the pulleys. If you do, I'd recommend the blue locktite, The red is way to strong if you need to disassemble later.

Use BLUE loc-tite on anything mounted in a vertical slot (gantry riser bolts). I didn't, and had one of the bolts vibrate out. Now the nut
has slid down and I have no way to get it back into position unless I dismantle the gantry.
