to make a router, but the shank dont enter into the pillow block, both says 12mm but it doesnt go into, what may be the problem?

Yes the first one was a C10=10mm Diameter C12= 12mm

They are 12mm I have used them, try a different supplier if you can't get 12mm, I have used them all different sizes, and they are usually the size it states, Here is a post where one was used with precision Bearings
