    VASE

    Hello,

    I am carving a vase on my rotary cnc.


    How do I get the machine to create smooth curves instead of cutting tiny step-like motions?

    Ball nose cutters or your step over in tool set up ,just a thought cheers John.

    It might also be that you're in "exact stop" mode (G61), instead of "continuous contouring" (G64).
