ENG-CJPC, contact Citizen, they should have a procedure for this. It should be relatively easy.
1. Put dial indicator in sub
2. Jog to guide bushing (without a guide bushing)
3. Indicate along the angle of the guide bush sleeve
4. Loosen bolts that hold the sub-spindle
5. With rubber mallet, tap the plate that holds the sub-spindle until your dial indicator is good.
6. Tighten bolts
This gets the horizontal position correct and generally acceptable for most parts and applications.
If the sub-spindle is out along the vertical position, I believe you may need to use shims (under the sub-spindle plate) to get it correct.
However, call Citizen, they should have a procedure for this.
