Hi everyone, I have a Leadwell 4 axis horizontal machining center. Sometime when machining things in the 4th axis, gears etc, I have found it a bit difficult to get the tooling to reach out to the center of the table. For this reason I purchased a Tsudakoma rotary table hoping I could somehow configure it. After some time and not coming up with a solution I decided I would just settle for and indexing arrangement. The tsudakoma rotary table has a mitsubishi dc servo motor but i guess that could always change that if necessary. i have been looking at a few different indexing controllers, of which are;
1. tsudakoma tpc3-sr6 (i missed on recently that came with an ac servo)
2. haas s5c

Any guidance appreciated.
cheers Damo
