As you know , when we need to change tools or cutters during the woodworking, we shall use Auto Tool change CNC router machine.

The woodworking works need 2 , 3 or 4 and max 8 pcs different cutters.

Then OMNI CNC provide for you 2 options based on how many cutters or tools do you need to finish your work.

Option 1: When your work need 5- 8 tools or cutters to finish.

The machine configuration is as follows

Taiwan Taiwan Syntec controller+ Italy HSD Auto Tool Change spindle +Servo motor+8 tool magazines.

Option 2: When your work need 2, or 4 tools or cutters to finish.

We have the OMNI MHC CNC router, we also name it ATC machine with several spindles, the machine configuration is just as follows:

DSP controller with ATC function + several spindles+ Stepper motor+vacuum table. https://youtu.be/OCxkqhFptGo

The 1st spindle with engraving cutter, the 2nd spindle with cutting cutter, the 3rd spindle with V shape/3D cutter.

When this machine works, each spindle work separately: 1st spindle only do the engraving job, 2nd spindle only do the cutting job, the 3rd spindle only do the V shape profile.
