Axis drive board led light help.

I have a Journeyman 425 that quit working the other day. I checked the y axis board and the red led that says o/c is lit. Could anyone tell me what o/c is. I swapped the board to a different axis and the light is still on so I'm thinking it's the board. Thank for your help.

Thank you. Makes sense now. When I pulled the board I found the power wire for the servo motor was not installed correctly and had arced out against the standoff that holds the board. It looks like part of the board is burned up.

Brushed DC servo I imagine? Sometimes worn brushes will also throw the error out.

I tried to zero reference the machine and I got a "z servo error loss of feedback or no motion detected on z axis" alarm. I opened the cabinet and found the o/c led on. When I swapped the boards I found the loose wire. You can see where the wire arced in the pic. The other pic shows where the board looks to be burned. I found a board on ebay and should have it in a few days.
