Hi

I'm looking at the proper bit to cut foam, the Blue Dow foam for insulation house.
I will do a stack or a big block of 4inch.

I do have a 2.2kw spindle, so for a bit of about 3 to 4in long. I guess with a cutting flute of about 1in or so, what bit could it be the best ? I don't go over a 90ipm let say..

A 3 flutes... or a 2 flutes... And all upcut ?

Onsrud has some good foam cutters I use, can't recall number but its the 1/4 shank one.
