Hello everyone

I have a question and hopefully I can get some help here. I have an older General I-carver 40-915 and the control board has went out. The reason I say this is because at the beginning of each job the machine plunges directly into the material, so as you know this turns into expensive fire wood. General has stated that they don't make the control boards any longer. The question I have is how do I get this fixed? Is there somewhere I can buy a new board? If I can't find or fix the control board I have, how do I go about changing out all the components with the exception of the spindle router and go to something different. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
