Hi my father own a biesse Rover 22 they are using the machine controller to do kitchen cabinet, they do not need a CAD software to do these simple task.


I would like to use the machine for some personal project and I need a CAM software, there is many arc in my project and I don't think I will be able to do this on the machine controller.


I know mastercam have a bult-in function to convert image, and seem pretty simple to use but I won't pay 10k or something for the licence...


I am going to use the CNC to milling/engraving wood & acrylic


Which program should I use ?


Other Question : Does the CAD software is connected to the machine via a cable or I need to put all the machine configurations into the software in order to use it ?

I ame very sorry, I don't have an answer for you but can you help me.
I have CNC centre ROVER 22 when I start up the program the axis X and Y moves to the beginning point and the pneumatics cylinders of the spindle go down and the spindle turn but the axis Z don't move and I don't have any errors. I Chek every things but all is OK. Can you help me. I don't have the electric drawing can you send me the file.My email is [email protected]
