    MAXPRO200 using H35 plus N2

Jim, I am thinking about to cut with MAXPRO200 using H35 plus N2 instead N2/N2 according manufacturer manual onformation. Do you know if anybody has tested it yet ? I am not sure the consumables will give to me good results for stainless steel.

    thanks

    Bestmark,

The MaxPro200 is not designed for use with H35 (which is 35% hydrogen, 65% argon). This gas is considered explosive, and would need a different style gas delivery system, as well as different consumable designs to be safe. I do not recommend using any gases other than the ones listed in the operators manual cut charts.

    Best regards, Jim Colt
