Hi would someone be so kind and help me out please :-) hi i am looking for some software like vcarve pro which i have used in the past as a trial version but cant afford to buy full version.lol is there any software out there that might be the same as vcare but free or cheep thanks Tom

BlenderCAM , It can also do reliefs from images.
But just like Gerry said in another post Blender's learning curve is big, Plus side it has a huge community.

I use F-engrave and Blendercam. When doing v-carve work I use F-engrave most of the time. Blendercam can do v-carve but its a little more tedious to setup cleanup and pocket paths since you have to do it manually. I mainly use Blendercam for doing 3d stuff, pockets, cutout.
