Great, now I have to pull the gear box apart to fix this. After that, I am going to try and sell this piece of [garbage]. I have had so many issues with this machine, it's been down for repairs longer than it has been used. I have only used it for odd jobs that require small custom parts or modifying existing parts, and it's mostly aluminum work.

For those of you thinking about getting a Manual 12Z, I would not recommend this product because out of the box the 12Z manual I purchased brand new had so many minor and MAJOR issues.

For the Charter Oak folks, I gave you an opportunity to respond to this, I didn't ask you pay for anything; I just asked for recommendations on this problem. You may be nice people, but I am not your friend, I am only a dissatisfied customer.
