Unfortunately I don't have any experience - but am also very very interested in this topic. We are investigating the stepmores 6090ATC which looks like it has a spindle similar to this one. Keen to hear anyone's first hand experiences.

I have just bought one to fool around with. My machine will need upgrades to make it more rigid but it will work good enough to learn on before moving to a bigger machine . I think the biggest hurdle with this project will be hooking up the peripherals (air lines , regulators, throttle valves, and water cooling). Some of the instructions don't make sense yet but will be worked out with the help from this forum. I hope someone else has since put one on since this post was first started.
