    Dear Syil China

    How long does it normally take when a vendor places an order for a machine for you to deliver it to the USA?

    I ordered two (2) Syil X5 Speedmasters in the Combo or Pro configuration back in January. The only thing odd as I asked that the Y Axis rails be extended.

    They still aren't here, but are supposedly finally in country.

    Did you order them direct from Syil China or from a US importer?

    it is have been extend on y axis,and i think we have been delivery those 2 machines .....
