    Get data from Fanuc to PC

    Hello everyone. I need some help about getting data from CNCs Romi with Fanuc control. I need the real time of machining and cutting parameters (RPM, advance speed, cutting depth) in order to compare with theoretical time (calculated with Excel) and materials used, so that I get the process efficiency. I have read about getting data from Fanuc to OP by using the RS 232 conection.
    I am in the beginning stage of designing then I would like to know the viability of this project.
