Velox plasma Z axis suggestion for router

I got the Plasma Z from velox. I saw a few vendors advertised their plasma to be compatible with router application.

Has anyone with a Velox plasma Z found a good way to fix the floating plate to mount a router? Please share some thoughts and photos.

Don't Velox make a Z axis with a floating head already for plasma?

The floating plate overlaps the rigid plate that the lead screw is attached to and has a couple of keeper bolts in slots to let it slide up and down. I would either see if you can lock it down with those screws or perhaps drill and tap inot the rigid plate underneath and put in a locking screw Then you can attach a router mount to the "floationg plate" and do conventional routing
