Geez, you just have to love the manuals for these machines sometimes!
I just looked up your error code...
and I quote from the book...

    4729 Cycle Start
    [Index]
    None
    [Character String]
    None
    [Code]
    None

    End of quote from book...

Now did that explain it to you?!? from this help message you should be able to go back to full production within moments (very long moments maybe)
Like I said... got to lov the manuals!
    Cheers
    Brian.

    Talking found your solution

What is the 4729 alarm and how to clear it.

    OACT000034 4729 Alarm Cycle Start

This alarm occurs when the machine has more hours than timer for the axis maintenance is set up for in the software.

Crown V-4018 Alarm 4729 Axis Lubrication Warning with U10M control

    1. Go to parameter mode.
    2. 2. Select MC user Parameter
    3. #12 should say Axis Lube – Set to 1, write
    4. Use Item keys to find Axis Lube page.
    5. Find Axis Lube Maintenance Reset.
    6. Set to 1, write , push reset on the control, immediately set back to 0, write, push reset on the control.
    7. The alarm should now be reset. The timer will now be reset to 2000 hours.

If the parameter doesn't exist than you will need to upgrade the software.

FR2H:PDTA100-775-01A.LOB ~ This file does NOT contain the Axis Lube Maintenance Page.
FR2H:PDTA100-775-01B.LOB This file allows the Alarm to be cleared.

**!!** ~ This is for a U10M with FPC3 board. (Quickest way to tell is by looking at the SYSTEM package DISK

SYSE000AENG-0?? (The “E” indicates an FCP3 board is in the machine)
FR2H:PDTA100-775-01B.LOB This file allows the Alarm to be cleared for a machine with FCP4 Board.
SYSTEM package DISK SYSF000AENG-0?? (The “F” indicates an FCP4 board is in the machine)
