    tool magazine won't go forward

    my machine has umbrella type tool changer, Fanuc 0iMD control

    Yesterday, during tool change, the magazine did not fully forward due to leaking airhose.

    after i changed the airhose, i power it off

    today it refuses to go forward during M6

    if I push the manual air button on solenoid valve, it works normally.


    anyone had experienced such issue?

    surely the problem is the sensors that identify if the carrucel this forward or backward.

    I just solved the problem, it was loose cable at the terminal box near the ATC
