I am cutting a 25 mm id hex and chamfering the hex. every thing is good except chamfer is not following the hex. its cutting one side big other side small.
Is the Hex on the centerline or is it off center? Are the coordinates "even" around the hex? Most times uneven chamfer can be due to toolholder alignments, but if you are on center, this will usually not matter. If you are off center and use Y-axis coordinates, then you can have misalignment affect the chamfer size.
