I've been lurking around the forums recently, because I'm interested in purchasing a laser cutting machine.
This is the machine I've found that seems to fit the needs: 60W CO2 USB LASER ENGRAVING CUTTING MACHINE ENGRAVER CUTTER WOODWORKING/CRAFTS | eBay
I will mostly be cutting cardboard and different types of paper. I assume the 60W laser is too powerful for this job, but I need the larger surface area and this is the compromise I have to make.
What do you guys think of this machine? Is it decent quality?

Can you give a little more information on the projects you have in mind? What are you intend to cut from cardboard? How precise it has to be? How clear the edges have to be?

the edge of power or cardboard has a little dirty when using laser cutter to cut it, do you know that?
Try to ask them make samples or send a video to you before you make this order.
