    Is Granite Devices out of business?

    I have repeatedly tried to contact Granite Devices and EuSurplus regarding the Argon drive but have received no response. Then I looked here and there are no replies to questions being asked. Replies 0 so I take that to mean they aren't doing business anymore.

    Or does someone have more info on them?

    Also no one is answering their phones.

    They are very much in business.

    It is summer holidays over in Finland, so they are taking a break.

    Cheers,

    They have not responded to any posts in this forum since January. I guess they have a long vacation in Finland. How can a company just "take a break" when they sell products and must supply support? That is not a business that is a hobby.

    @Black Forest:
    They have been immensely busy with the roll-out of the new SimuCube.

    Maybe contact Tero on the website, it is always best to directly visit the home site for support and not expect it via forums.

    I guess you didn't read my original post. I tried contacting them directly several times with no response. I needed four of the argon drives. There is no way in hell I would buy them now knowing they don't respond. 2000 Euros on drives with no support will not work for me.

    I bought another brand of drive.
