    M10/M11 Commands for Laser

Does anyone know the way to use the M10/M11 codes to turn on and off a laser using UCCNC? I have a Garageworx CNC that I've attached a 2.8W laser on the side of the spindle mount and the M3/M5 commands are too delayed. I've been told the M10/M11 codes will fix the delay but I haven't been able to figure out how to adjust the post processor or even edit G-Code to get it to work. Thanks in advance.

They are in the current software. And I was told they are fast as they are precompiled

Run your post. Open in a text editor. Global search/replace M03 with M11 and M05 with M10, save the file, run it.

I couldn't be arsed changing my post so just do this to fettle the g-code before it goes to the machine.

Presumably M11 and M10 work on your MDI page?

Sorry, can't help (sheetcam for me, nothing fancy)

The other suggestion of find and replace will however work fine

I think dharmic is right, you have to replace all M3 and M5 with M10 and M11.
