    lettering

so Im trying to help a buddy make some new badges for his motorcycle. design is pretty simple its just 3d lettering about 1 inch tall and .250 thick but after extruding the font i can not put a chamfer or fillet on it unless its on a straight line. I've figured a way around it for now by just milling the 2.5d shape then using a .375 chamfer mill but telling the cam its a .015 mill and running the z depth at whatever makes it look right. however for future reference i would like to know how to round out the top of things that are not exact circles or lines. any help would be appreciated

I have the same problem. The solver is not very good. Often I have to reduce the camfer to 5° or less for a it to find a solution at all, while I want 15° or 25°.
Aparently or can't handle more then 2 sketch lines to join. So using a very straight and simple font may help a bit.
