    fanuc otc unclear display

    hi,
    i have a problem in fanuc otc system, it belongs to puma 10s lathe machine.
    i had problem when i tried to change some parameters,
    i tried to change d3xx group, it didn't change the value, then i put 90x and 91x parameters values equal to zeros, then i couldn't see the the 9xx group, after that i did reset (by pushing reset+delet buttons) , after that the screen showed unclear characters as shown in the attached figure. i tried to re-enter parameters, but the screen keep unclear characters.


    what can i do now?
