    Charmilles robofil 4020.0 lost reference

If the power goes out, during the restart I get E070 execution inactive then E684 impossible operation. Which means I have lost my reference. My U axis is off by
aprox. .750, So I do a guide setup and life is good till the next time. Some times the machine will shut down, startup , shut down and start up when either the generator
or the pumps kick in with the same end result. I have replaced the K1 relay and went through all of the YV valves.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

check your NC rack voltages. set 5 volts to 5.1 vdc measured at the backplane!!!!!!

check and replace your batteries on the UA+SAL board.

    check your 24 vdc supply.

    thats a start
