Tsugami S25, Fanuc Control trying to program a negative radius.. I need help please!!

I am using a tsugami S25 lathe to make a 2" long Dowel Pin. I am using material that is .505 in dia. and I have the radius on the front programed and its working fine. I am not turning down the Dia at all. On the back side I am using a cutoff to do a plunge cut. then pull the material in a little and finish the negative radius. I have the radius programed but I cant get the correct length on the radius

First let me say thank you for taking the time to help me. I am including a picture of the part and the cut off tool im attempting this radius with. The first radius on the front of the part is a positive radius but your saying i can put a positve R on the back side even though my tool is going in the negative?

    G2 is a clockwise arc
    G3 is a counterclockwise arc
this is always a direction not a positive or negative value of the x or z

if you start at the beginning of the arc and follow it to the end of the arc it will be clockwise (G2) on the front side
on the cut off side if you do the same thing you will find that it is traveling in the same direction (clockwise)G2
